For Coke Dry QuenChing (CDQ)

Coke dry quenching equipments(hereinafter called CDQ furnace)is a kind of equipment in which coke dry quenching technology is involved to reclaim coke and release heat energy. A coke dry quenching equipment is composed of a stove door, a cone body, a pre-storage room, a flue and cooling room, in which the cooling room and flue will have effect on the service life of CDQ furnace. And the flue will break mainly due to thermal stress from the different reaction of each part of the flue to the change of temperature and high-temperature mechanical peeling from the uneven load of refractory materials, while the cooling room will be so for wearing and the change of air flow.
